Measuring Guide
The fit of your clothes depends on the cut, style and design of your garment. Our garments will vary in actual size as we allow for ease of fabric over the body. Measure your body accurately to determine what size clothes you would be best buying.
A Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part placing the tape under the arms.
B Waist: Measure around the waist at the height at which you would normally wear your trousers.
C Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser leg is normally worn at the ankle.

PHILIP WEIR Well made Wax Cotton Jacket, sturdy,will last a lifetime if cleaned and rewaxed every once in a while .
If you're purchasing this coat for fishing or woodland activities I would suggest you go up a size as fitting sizes exactly as the guide,not much room normal size to get anything underneath other that a light fleece but ok for walking/casual use.
Great value for money at a fraction of the cost of other brands of which I have owned over the years,this jackets ok for walking/casual normal size fitting but as I say go for a size up outdoors use ect. Ok so it's not a Barbour but for those on a budget and cannot afford anything else this will do the job and do it well.
